01 / PLATE FAB

Heavy plate & pressure-grade fabrication

Tanks, hoppers, chutes, scrubbers, stacks, headers, mill liners, transition pieces and pressure-rated weldments. We cut, roll, form and weld plate up to 6" thick in mild, low-alloy, stainless and AR wear grades. Heat treatment, post-weld stress relief and 100% volumetric NDT available on request.

02 / STRUCTURAL

Structural steel for buildings & bridges

AISC-certified Building & Bridge fabricator. Beams to W36, columns to 80 ft, trusses, moment frames, pipe racks and Caltrans-spec girders. We model in Tekla, run connection design through IDEA StatiCa, and produce shop drawings ready for the EOR review on the same workflow that produces the CAM file.

ASME pressure vessels & code stamp work

U-stamp and R-stamp shop. Skids, knock-out drums, receivers, surge tanks, separators and process columns built to ASME Section VIII Division 1. Full PWHT in-house up to 12 ft × 30 ft. Hydrostatic test stand to 1,800 psi. Mill cert package shipped with every unit.

04 / MACHINING

Custom machining & machined weldments

Doosan VTL with 96" swing, horizontal boring mill with 10 ft bar travel, two HMCs and a complement of manual lathes and Bridgeports for fitter work. We machine after welding. Large flanges, shafts, bearing housings, pump volutes and mill components. And we hold tolerances on parts that fit through the door.

Weld procedures & welder qualification

Nineteen AWS-qualified welders on shift. WPS / PQR library covers carbon steel, low-alloy, stainless, duplex and clad plate across SMAW, FCAW, GMAW (pulse), SAW and GTAW. Custom procedures developed on request. Full PQR coupons and CWI sign-off, typically inside two weeks.

06 / FIELD

Field installation, repair & turnaround support

Six self-contained welding rigs, a Manitowoc 35-ton crawler crane, a Lincoln-powered service truck with portable PWHT and a field crew that's done 200+ planned outages between them. We work nights, weekends, holidays. Whatever it takes to get the plant back online inside the window.

07 / NDT

In-house NDT & third-party inspection

Magnetic particle, dye penetrant, ultrasonic and visual inspection performed in-house by ASNT Level II inspectors. Radiography handled through a long-standing partnership with an AWS-qualified lab. Typically 48-hour turnaround on report. CWI sign-off on every weld package that ships.

From RFQ to load-out.

The same six-step path applies to a 14-lb gusset and a 38-ton mill liner. The only thing that changes is the duration of step 04. Quality, NDT and traceability are not optional at any step.

RFQ & Takeoff

Drawings in, takeoff by Chief Estimator inside 48 hours. Material grade, weld length, NDT scope and shipping all priced separately.

Detailing

Tekla model built by detailing team. EOR review cycle. Shop drawings, erection drawings, CAM files released together.

03
Material & MTRs

Plate, beam and bar ordered against the approved BOM. MTRs filed against heat numbers and stamped on the plate.

04
Cut · Form · Weld

Plasma table, brake, roll, fit-up, weld. WPS posted at the cell. Welder ID stamped at the weld. Inspector signs off as work proceeds.

05
NDT & QA

MT/PT/UT/VT in-house. RT through partner lab. Hydro test where required. QA director signs the cert package.

06
Paint & Load

Sandblast to SSPC SP10. Zinc primer plus epoxy or polyurethane topcoat. Loaded on flatbed with rigging plan reviewed by ops & safety.
