122,000 sq ft under two roofs in Fontana. Three overhead bridges. Nineteen welders qualified to AWS procedures. We ship plate work to seven Western states and we still answer the phone in two rings.
Plate fab, structural steel and field service all run out of the same Fontana yard. Which is how a 14-page bid package becomes a delivered, erected, NDT-cleared structure without a single handoff to a stranger.
Tanks, hoppers, chutes, stacks, headers, scrubbers, mill liners and the kind of weldments inspectors actually want to look at twice. We cut, roll, form and weld up to 6" plate in carbon, low-alloy and stainless.
Beams, columns, trusses, mill assemblies, machined shafts and bearing housings. We model in Tekla, cut on a Peddinghaus line, and ship erection drawings out the same week the connection design is approved.
Turnaround crews, planned outages, line-pipe tie-ins, structural retrofits, on-site machining and Level II inspectors. We work nights and weekends so your plant doesn't have to lose a shift.
Most fabricators hide their max capacity behind a sales call. Ours is on the website, because it's where every bid honestly starts. Outside these limits, ask anyway. We work with two partner mills for the truly oversized lifts.
