About Brightreach

We're building the marketing platform small businesses deserve.

The old marketing stack was built for enterprise teams with five people in Slack arguing about attribution. We build for the owner doing email at 9 p.m. after closing the shop.

Why we exist

Marketing tools shouldn't require a marketer.

Our founder spent six years at Mailchimp watching small business owners ask for help with the same five things. And watching them slowly drift to four different tools that didn't talk to each other.

So in 2019, we set out to build one tool that does the five things: send a beautiful email, send a text people actually read, build a landing page in an hour, automate the obvious flows, and tell you in plain English what's working.

Seven years and 18,000+ customers later, that's still the whole pitch. We add features when they earn their keep. We delete the ones that don't.

What we believe

Five things we won't compromise on.

These aren't poster slogans. They're the arguments we have at Tuesday product reviews.

Plain English wins.

If a feature needs a 30-page docs page, we built it wrong. Our help center is shorter than our changelog and that's the point.

Owners over agencies.

Every interface is designed for the person who runs the business. Not the marketing consultant they hired. Power users get power features behind a toggle.

Honest pricing.

No "starting at" footnotes. No overage charges on a Tuesday. We show every price on the pricing page, in dollars, before you sign up.

Support that knows your business.

Every paid customer gets a real person who reads their actual campaigns. No bots, no Tier-1 scripts, no transfers.

Your data is yours.

SOC 2 Type II, GDPR-clean, and one-click export of every contact and message you've ever sent. Leaving us is a button, not a ticket.

Boring infrastructure.

99.99% uptime, multi-region failover, and a deliverability team that monitors your inbox placement every hour. The exciting part is the campaign, not the email engine.

From our founder

"I spent years watching brilliant business owners try to be marketers, designers, and IT admins at midnight. Brightreach is the tool I wished I could've handed every one of them."

How we got here

Seven years, one stubborn idea.

Some milestones from the founding kitchen to the 18,000-customer office.

2019 · San Francisco

The first email goes out.

Priya and three engineers ship the first version of Brightreach from a kitchen on Folsom Street. The first campaign. For a coffee roaster in Oakland. Earns $1,840 from 412 contacts.

2020

Seed round and SMS launch.

Closed a $4.2M seed led by Bedrock Capital. Shipped two-way SMS the same quarter. Quietly the most-used feature we ever built.

2021

1,000 customers. First profitable month.

Crossed 1,000 paying customers in March. Hit our first profitable month in August. Quit raising for a while because it felt good.

2022

Visual automation builder.

Launched our flagship workflow editor. 40+ pre-built recipes from cart recovery to birthday SMS. Customer count crosses 5,000.

2023

Series A and the CRM.

$22M Series A led by Founders Fund. Replaced our partner-CRM with a native one. Customer data and campaigns finally live in the same database.

2024

10,000 customers. Agency program.

Crossed 10,000 customers. Launched sub-accounts for the 1,400 agencies who'd been hacking around the limit. SOC 2 Type II.

2025 · Today

AI subject lines & revenue attribution.

AI subject-line writer, plain-English insights, and end-to-end revenue attribution. 18,420 customers and a deliverability team of nine.

About this design template

Brightreach is a marketing automation SaaS design template.

This is a design template that shows how Albertson Designs approaches saas websites. The structure, photography, typography, and copy were built around how a real saas business actually operates. Generic about-services-contact patterns are not here.

When Albertson Designs builds your site, we use designs like this as a reference for color, structure, and category vocabulary. Every line of code, every photo, and every word is custom for your business. Most full builds ship in four to eight weeks depending on scope.
