Policies
01
Full refund up to fourteen days before arrival. Inside fourteen, one night's room fee is non-refundable. Inside seven, the full stay is non-refundable. But we will work hard to re-book the dates and refund what we recover.
02
Dogs welcome in the Lodge House and two designated Forest Suites ($75 / night). Children of all ages welcome in the Lofts and the Lodge House. We can pack a quieter children's dinner at six in the kitchen on request.
03
Check-in from three. Check-out by eleven. Turndown service between five and six daily, including a stove lit in the Forest Suites. In-room dining available in every room until 9 p.m.
04

05
There is no television in any room. That was deliberate. There is Starlink throughout the building, which is more reliable than the cell service. We will print boarding passes at the front desk.
06
Gift certificates available in any amount; no expiry. Gratuity is not expected and not pooled. The rate you pay is what staff are paid from. A handwritten note to a guide or to Rosa is always welcome.
Reserve
Our team confirms every reservation by hand within an hour. If a specific room matters to you, write us. We'll hold it while we sort the dates.
