Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Albertson Designs collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short, in plain English, and honest about the small set of third-party services we rely on to run the studio.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to give us when you fill out a form, book a consultation, or email us directly. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, and a short description of the project you're considering.

We also collect limited technical information about your visit, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referrer. This data is aggregated through standard server logs and basic analytics. We do not build personalized profiles of visitors.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, scope and propose work, deliver services you've hired us for, and send periodic updates if you've opted in. We use aggregated technical data to understand how the site is performing and where we can improve it.

We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing. We do not enroll you in mailing lists you didn't opt in to.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses a small set of cookies that are essential for navigation and form functionality. We use lightweight, privacy-respecting analytics (no third-party advertising trackers) to understand traffic patterns. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing access to any of the marketing pages.

Third-party services

To run the studio, we rely on a small number of vetted third-party platforms. These include our website hosting provider, email delivery (Resend), scheduling (Calendly), and accounting / payments (Stripe). When you interact with one of these surfaces, that provider's privacy policy also applies. We use the minimum information required to make each surface work.

Data retention

Inquiry data is retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to answer your question, scope a project, or maintain a client relationship. Client project records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable archival period for our records. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing the address below.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll honor these requests promptly unless we're required to retain certain records for legal or accounting reasons.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as the studio's practices evolve or as the law requires. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review the policy periodically.
